Accessibility statement

Current status

No formal WCAG conformance claim has been issued. Selected public pages and shared components have been improved and tested, while complete workflow and assistive-technology evaluation is still in progress.

Accessibility features

Current product-level features include:

• Skip links and a consistent main-content target.
• Visible keyboard focus and keyboard-operable native controls in reviewed interfaces.
• Semantic landmarks, headings, labels, groups, and accessible names in reviewed interfaces.
• Responsive layouts intended to reflow without horizontal page scrolling at narrow widths.
• Reduced-motion support for people who request less animation.
• Accessible labels for reviewed icon, gallery, consent, and back-to-top controls.

Known limitations

Not every workflow, center theme, language, rich editor, chart, downloadable document, third-party component, or dynamic state has completed manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. The team is continuing that audit and will document confirmed defects and fixes.

Accessibility feedback

If a page or task is difficult to use, contact the responsible center so the issue can be reviewed and routed to the product team.

Helpful details to include

• The page address or feature name.
• What you were trying to do and what prevented completion.
• Your browser, device, and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them.

Do not send passwords, payment details, or health information through an unsecured message.

Alternative access

If a digital feature is not accessible, ask the center for an equivalent way to receive the information or complete the task. The center should review accessibility requests as part of its support process.

Technical target

The product engineering target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Automated checks support regression detection, but manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and complete-process testing remain necessary.
