Apply food-hygiene, allergen, knife, heat and burn controls. Describe menus as inspired by a cuisine unless the facilitator can responsibly represent its culinary tradition, and reconfirm the menu, facilitator, price and date before publication.

Accessibility notes

The cooking class may require sustained standing, fine-motor preparation and work near knives and heat. Confirm accessible workstation height, seating and task adaptations with the facilitator.

Seasonality notes
