A hosted social dinner where guests, volunteers and community members meet, share stories and build connections over a homemade meal. It can be organized whenever a group would benefit from an intentional evening together.

Sauna & Cold-Exposure Recovery
A recovery experience with sauna rotations, hydration, tea and controlled outdoor cooling. In safe summer conditions, optional river immersion may be added; otherwise use outdoor air or a cold shower.

Sunset Table & Closing Circle
A closing table timed to the soft evening light, combining food, favorite memories, photographs, gratitude and the realization that strangers have become a community.
