Getting to Berivoi

Start by confirming your visit with the team, then plan your journey to Făgăraș and the onward trip to Berivoi. If you are joining Sabbath fellowship, request an invitation so the fellowship can confirm the program for your chosen day.

Compare flights into Sibiu International Airport (SBZ) and Brașov-Ghimbav International Airport (GHV), or consider Bucharest Henri Coandă (OTP) for a longer onward journey. Check flight availability for your travel date before planning the connections.

• Sibiu: Tursib bus 11 serves the airport terminal. Use the Tursib journey planner to reach your train or coach departure point, or take a taxi. Do not assume bus 11 goes directly to the railway station.
• Brașov: RATBV bus A1 connects the airport with Livada Poștei and Gara CFR Brașov. From the railway station, check onward trains or coaches to Făgăraș.
• Bucharest: take the airport train to București Nord, then search for a train to Făgăraș. Check whether your journey requires a change, including at Brașov.

Allow time for luggage, city transfers, and connections. Airport arrival does not include onward transport to the center.

Use Făgăraș as your destination station. Search from Sibiu, Brașov, or București Nord for your intended date and check whether a change is required. Infofer shows the railway timetable; CFR Călători sells tickets for its own services.

The railway station is in Făgăraș, not at the center. Arrange the final part of the journey to Berivoi separately.

Axi Tours lists coach routes connecting Sibiu, Făgăraș, and Brașov. Its Sibiu departure is Autogara Transmixt, beside the railway station. Transbus also lists Brașov–Făgăraș services.

Check your exact departure and arrival stops: operators and travel directions may use different stops in Făgăraș. Confirm the travel date, luggage allowance, and booking requirements with your chosen operator.

Use the operator schedules or Autogari route search for current departures. Timetables and fares can change.

Plan the final transfer before setting off. A taxi, hire car, or a lift you have arranged in advance can take you from Făgăraș to the Advent Center. Share the destination map pin with your driver and agree the fare or arrangement before departure.

If you need help planning your arrival, contact your host before you book. Collection is not automatic and must be confirmed in advance.

1. From Făgăraș, take DJ104 south toward Recea. At DJ104A, continue south following signs for Berivoi Monastery.
2. After 600 metres, turn left at the police station toward the monastery. Continue for 5 kilometres, then turn left at the sign for LB Berivoi Natura Village.
3. After 150 metres, turn left again, heading north. The Advent Center is 500 metres ahead, on the right.
