Purpose becomes practical service.

Realize is for people ready to carry meaningful responsibility for three months or longer. Gifts and convictions become useful through leadership, mentorship, building, teaching, hospitality, stewardship, ministry, enterprise, and care for people and place.

Responsibility is attached to a real need, clear expectations, appropriate support, and mutual accountability—not merely a desire to remain at Berivoi.

Embodiment, not graduation

Being sent does not mean being finished.

Realize is not a badge of spiritual maturity or a promise of permanent residence, paid work, authority, or public recognition. People in this stage continue to learn, receive correction, restore what is broken, and develop their character while serving.

Mutual discernment

A Realize role needs more than availability

Readiness looks like

Demonstrated reliability, alignment, teachability, useful capability, relational health, mission clarity, and willingness to be accountable.

The role must also be real

Berivoi needs a defined responsibility, capacity to support it, clear expectations, an appropriate timeframe, and a mutual agreement.

Begin with a conversation, not an assumption.

Share the mission you are discerning, the responsibility you are prepared to carry, and the evidence of readiness. A conversation does not guarantee a role or long-term place.
