Design, site approval, reinforcement plan, suitable weather, qualified supervisor. Apply the relevant construction condition gates: ground-thawed, no-overnight-freeze, dry-weather-window, building-dried-in, qualified-supervisor-available, and permit-or-site-approval-complete.
Source readiness: Specialist-led. Tool access: Level 2–3. Portable power tools require a safety briefing and demonstrated competence. A qualified operator owns every Level 3 operation.
Active-worksite participation may require standing, tool handling, lifting and movement over uneven surfaces. Confirm task-specific adaptations with the supervising staff member.
Planning window: May–September preferred; April and October conditional. Months are guidance; crop stage, frost, weather, soil, and project readiness govern.
