Student programs combine morning practical work with afternoon study, guided exercises, project development, and scheduled mentorship. Each program has a beginning, an end, and a defined outcome.

The student path

Structured formation, not informal access.

Students enroll in a named program, never an undefined status. Every program has fixed dates, capacity, curriculum, outcomes, tuition, scholarship rules, and mentorship boundaries. Students work the morning shift; afternoons contain scheduled study, exercises, group teaching, project work, and defined mentorship.

Student status ends with the program. Permanent residence is not implied.

Choose an open named cohort

There is no generic free application to “be a student.” Acceptance comes first. Payment comes second.

Direct Cohort Seat

Apply to a named cohort. Review dates, curriculum, fee, standards, outcomes, and mentorship boundaries before applying. A commitment deposit follows acceptance.

Service Scholarship Route

Only selected, needed staff openings may be Formation Fellowship eligible. Scholarship eligibility follows successful service; student acceptance remains a separate decision.

Invited Student Seat

A restricted route for invited returning participants. An invitation does not remove the program’s standards, covenant, or fixed end date.

Complete orientation

Review required content and submit a substantial application and written reflection.

Complete fit review

Operations screens readiness before a program interview. A poor fit may be declined, waitlisted, or redirected.

Accept the covenant

After conditional acceptance, sign the covenant and complete the stated commitment deposit.

Complete the outcome

Meet attendance and work standards, finish the project, and conclude at the fixed program end.

Morning practical work belongs to the curriculum. It is not an accommodation payment mechanism.

Mentorship boundary

The program is the product — not unlimited access to one person.

Mentorship is a defined component inside a structured program. Published cohorts state what is included, who teaches and reviews, how often sessions occur, and what is not included. No public path promises unlimited one-to-one access to Rob.
