Before you apply or register
Community is the environment, not the product.
Every person comes for a defined purpose and agrees to the standards attached to that purpose. Berivoi does not sell belonging, instant family, residency, indefinite self-discovery, or unlimited access to Rob.
Long-term trust grows through shared calling, proven character, service, reliability, and responsibility.

Calm
Honor the shared worship rhythm, working schedule, quiet time, direct communication, and the focused work of others.
Clean
Care faithfully for rooms, shared spaces, kitchens, tools, land, systems, and every process entrusted to you.
Kind
Speak truthfully, receive correction, address conflict directly, respect conscience, and serve without entitlement.

What acceptance requires
Worship and conscience
Participate in the required shared anchors for your pathway while engaging Scripture seriously and honoring freedom of conscience.
Work and reliability
Arrive on time, follow systems, care for tools, complete commitments, receive correction, and communicate early when something is wrong.
Conduct and relationships
Practice modesty, sobriety, safety, direct conflict resolution, respect for boundaries, and care for the people and place around you.
Mentorship boundaries
Use scheduled program channels. No pathway includes constant personal access to Rob unless a published program explicitly defines it.
Accommodation after purpose
Rooms are assigned or selected only after acceptance, registration, or host approval. Public users do not shop for beds first.
Fixed end and departure
Leave on the agreed date. A future role, program, invitation, or extension requires a separate decision and agreement.
An enjoyable first stay does not create a right to remain.
Volunteer Week ends as scheduled. Staff terms and student programs have fixed end dates. Event attendees follow the published itinerary. Every next step requires its own legitimate opening and decision.
